Matchless excitement at T10 cricket tournament

A T10 cricket tournament was successfully conducted at Brilliant Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Madipakkam, Friday, January 9, at the school playground.

The main aim of the tournament was to promote sportsmanship, teamwork and the overall development of students.

Students participated enthusiastically and were divided house-wise into Red, Green, Yellow and Orange teams. The young cricketers displayed great talent and skills, making all the matches exciting and closely contested.

After a series of thrilling matches, Orange House and Red House entered the finals. Both teams played with great spirit and determination, giving the spectators an enjoyable and memorable experience. The boys showed strong willpower, high energy, and a never-give-up attitude throughout the match. The final match truly reflected the excitement of a T10 format, as both teams had equal chances to win.

In the end, Red House emerged the winner and lifted the winners’ cup. M. Muthukumaran of class 8 was awarded the man of the match award for his outstanding performance.

As the captain of Red House, he received the trophy from school correspondent, Dr. D. Subramaniam.
