The Rotary Club of Nanganallur Elite is organising ‘Elite Singer of Tamil Nadu – Season 4’, a grand Tamil cinema singing competition and fund-raising event, Sunday, January 18, 2026, at DAV Baba School, Ullagaram, Chennai.
The inauguration of the semi-finals will begin at 9 am, featuring participants from all age groups, and the programme will continue throughout the day with live orchestra.
The competition is being conducted in three categories: Junior (7–15 years), Youth (16–30 years), and Senior (31 years and above), with performances evaluated by an eminent panel of judges from the music field.
The semi-finals will be held in the presence of Mr. Dr. J.S. Rajkumar and Dr. K. Velmurugan, while the chief guest for the semi-final inauguration will be Mr. S. Ravi, DGND, Rotary International District 3234.
The grand finale will be inaugurated at 4.30 pm by Mr. Vinod Sarogi and Mrs. Usha Sarogi, followed by the prize distribution ceremony at 7.30 pm, with Mr. J. Sridhar, Rotary International District 3234, as the chief guest.
This season is dedicated to raising funds for arranging dialysis units for charitable hospitals as part of the Rotary Club of Nanganallur Elite’s community service projects.
In its previous three seasons, the club has raised around Rs. 15 lakh for social welfare activities.
