Dr. M. Deepika Saravanan, a resident of Nanganallur, was honoured with the Seva Rathna Award for her dedicated service to society. The award was presented by Dr. H. V. Hande, former health minister of Tamil Nadu.
The honour was given during the Margazhi Maha Utsava Thiruvizha, held on January 1, 2026, at T. Nagar, Chennai.
The event was organised by AL4S Charitable Trust and Kanchi Mahaperiyava AL4S Events, in the presence of Vadhyar Suriya Narayana, managing trustee of AL4S Charitable Trust.
Dr. Deepika Saravanan received the award in recognition of her service through communication, spiritual guidance and social contribution. The programme brought together many cultural, spiritual and social workers to celebrate service and devotion.
A Ph.D. scholar, English Language coach, spiritual speaker, and storyteller, Dr. Deepika Saravanan is well-known for inspiring inner transformation and empowering people, especially women.
