The bhoomi puja for a new indoor badminton court was held on
Wednesday, January 28, 2026, near the ration shop on 100
Feet Road.
The function was inaugurated by Mr. N. Chandran, 12th zone
committee chairman. He formally started the bhoomi puja and
wished for the early completion of the sports facility.
Mrs. Durga Devi Natarajan, 167th ward Councillor, and Mr. J.
Natarajan, ward secretary, were present at the event.
Officials Mr. Kumar, Mr. Rajesh, Ms. Haripriya, and Ms.
Manonmani participated.
