Skating kits distributed to 2 children

As part of an initiative, last week, the Inner Wheel Club of
Nanganallur distributed roller shoes and complete skating kits
to two deserving children at the Nanganallur Skating Ground,
100 Ft Road, encouraging them to develop their sporting talent
and pursue their goals with confidence.
The donated equipment will help the children practise skating
with proper gear and improve their skills.
The sports equipment, worth around Rs. 8,000, was generously
sponsored by past club president, Mrs. Kanchana Raman, of
the Inner Wheel Club of Nanganallur.
Several members of the club were also present during the
donation programme to encourage and motivate the children in
their sporting journey.
The club members said supporting young talent through such
initiatives would help children gain confidence and create more
opportunities to excel in sports, said a note from club editor,
Mrs. S. Anandhi.
