Onam was celebrated in a grand manner at the Madipakkam
Ayyappan Temple on August 26. The temple was beautifully
decorated with colourful flowers, pookalam, traditional kolam
and rangoli designs, and beautifully arranged kuthuvilakku
lamps, creating a festive atmosphere.
Malayalee devotees from Madipakkam and nearby areas
attended the temple in large numbers on this auspicious
occasion.
Devotees offered prayers to Lord Ayyappan and received His
blessings. The temple premises remained lively throughout the
day as devotees gathered to celebrate Onam with devotion and
joy.
The beautiful decorations and large participation of devotees
added special colour to the Onam celebrations at the temple.
