Two-day Vinayaka Chathurthi festival at temple

Vinayaka Chathurthi was celebrated at Sri Kalyana Ganapathi
Temple on Ramnagar 3rd Main Road, Nanganallur, with special
poojas and programmes.
On September 13 morning, a special homam was performed,
followed by pushpanjali and a special floral decoration for the
idol.
On September 14, the main Vinayaka Chathurthi celebrations
included a special Vinayaka Chathurthi homam in the morning,
followed by special abhishekam.
In the evening, a procession was taken through the surrounding
streets. Residents of Ramnagar said the procession followed a
slightly longer route than usual this year and was conducted
smoothly.
A large number of devotees from Nanganallur and the
surrounding areas participated in the celebrations and received
the blessings of Sri Kalyana Ganapathi. The overall
celebrations were conducted well with the support and
participation of the local residents and devotees.
