Sri Radha Madhava Thirukalyanam, organised for the first time
by the Sri Karpaga Vinayagar Sri Pandurangan Sri
Saradhambal Temple administration, Adambakkam, was
conducted in a grand at the temple premises on March 7 and 8,
2026.
The 2-day celebration began March 7 with Ganapathi homam
in the morning, followed by devotional programmes including
Thodayamangalam, Guru Keerthanai and Ashtapathi.
Devotees participated with great devotion and received
prasadam.
In the evening, Divya Namam and a special Dolothsavam were
held, creating a spiritually vibrant atmosphere in the temple.
On the 2nd day, the programmes began with unchavrithi,
followed by mappillai azhaippu with seervarisai.
The main event, Sri Radha Madhava Thirukalyanam, was
performed in a traditional and devotional manner under the
guidance of Polagam Sri Balu Bhagavathar and his troupe.
Devotional singing and Kolattam by the Sri Krishna Kolatta
Group added to the festive spirit of the occasion.
A marriage feast was served to devotees in the afternoon.
In the evening, Anjaneya Utsavam was conducted by
Charukesi Bhajan Mandali, Adambakkam, followed by mangala
arathi and prasadam distribution.
A large number of devotees attended the programme and
witnessed the divine wedding ceremony, making the event a
memorable and spiritually uplifting occasion.
