Calling senior citizens for a walk in Nanganallur

As part of its Stay Healthy, Stay Happy Initiative, Diha Clinic is
organising நடங்க நல்லூர் – a Senior Citizens Walk, in association
with the Senior Citizen Forum of Nanganallur and supported by
the Federation of Nanganallur Welfare Associations.
This is the second edition of Nadanga Nallur event. It drew
more than 300 participants in 2025.
The walk is on Sunday, February 22, at 6.30 am, starting
from Diha Clinic and continues through a few streets around
Nanganallur and ends at the skating rink on 100 Feet Road,
Nanganallur.
The purpose of the event is to raise awareness about the
importance of physical activity like walking for the good health
and wellness of senior citizens.
First 400 registrants will get a free T-shirt when they join
the walk on February 22. All participants will get a
certificate.
