Celebrate Sivarathri with Nanganallur Naadhabrahmam

Naadhabrahmam Isai Natya Kalanchiyam is presenting a
special Sivarathri programme, titled ‘Sivan Rathriyil Sivan
Geethangal’, on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 6 pm to
Monday, February 16, morning 6. The event will be held at
Sudarshan Kalyana Mahal, No.16, 6th Main Road,
Nanganallur.
The programme will be inaugurated by Justice S. Saravanan,
judge, Madras High Court.
Also, ‘Naadha Padhiga Sevaka’ award will be presented to
Kutralam Sri K. Subramanian Odhuvar for his dedicated service
to devotional music.
The programme begins at 6.30 pm with Panniru Thirumurai
rendered by Subramanian Odhuvar, accompanied by Embar
Puma Sriram on vocals and the violin.
From 8 pm to 10 pm, Premalaya Natya Niketan School will
present ‘Siva Magimai’, a dance drama choreographed by guru
Latha Aravindan.
From 10 pm to 12 midnight, Siva Naama Sankeerthanam will
be presented by Sri Vanjyam Sri Gurujikrubha Mandali, West
Mambalam, led by Sri Vanjyam Sri Murali Bhagavathar and his
troupe.

At 12.01 am, devotional music will be rendered by Sri
Abhishek, Smt. Sowmiya Raj, and Selvan Sai Samarth Raj
along with their troupe.
The early morning sessions include Sri Sai Sharan on vocals,
accompanied by Dr. D. Badrinarayanan on the violin and
Mannargudi Sri N. Subramanian on the mridangam from 2 am.
At 4 am, Smt. Sruthi S. Bhat will render a concert along with
Smt. Srilakshmi S. Bhatt on the violin, and Nochur Sri Nagaraj
on the mridangam.
The Sivarathri celebrations will be conducted in a grand and
devotional manner throughout the night.
Sri N. Subramanian, founder, and Dr. Badrinarayanan,
honorary secretary, have warmly invited all devotees to attend
and take part in the spiritual event.
