Sudarshana homam performed with 1,008 homa kundams

A grand Sri Maha Sudarshana Homam with 1,008 homam
kundams was conducted in a very devotional and magnificent
manner at KRJ Garden, Adambakkam.
The sacred event was organised by Sriyapathi Bhaktha Sabhai,
5th Street, Ramnagar, Nanganallur, and witnessed an
overwhelming gathering of devotees.
The homam was performed in front of Srimad Andavan Sri
Varaha Maha Desikan. The Swamigal gave darshan to all the
devotees, and the entire homam was conducted in his
presence.
The 2-day homam was conducted by Dr. R. Balaji
Bhattachariyar following strict Vedic traditions.
On the first day, the rituals began in the evening with yejmana
sankalpam, punya vasanam, agni pradhishtai, kalasa
sthabanam, and other important ceremonies, followed by a
special deeparathanai and annadhanam.
On the 2nd day, the morning rituals started early with
Suprabhatham, gho puja, punyaham and agni aradhanai.
The Maha Sudarshana Homam began in the morning, and the
sacred maha purnahuthi was performed with great devotion.
The event concluded with deeparathanai and annadhanam for
all devotees.

MSME Minister, Mr. T.M. Anbarasan, attended the function as
a special guest. Several other guests were also present and
offered their prayers. Children added charm to the event by
singing melodious Carnatic devotional songs. Their
performance was sweet, cheerful and heart-touching. Cultural
Bharatanatyam dances were also conducted, reflecting rich
spiritual and cultural heritage.
More than 10,000 devotees gathered at KRJ Garden,
Adambakkam, for this grand spiritual occasion.
Annadhanam was served to everyone, and devotees received
prasadam with devotion and happiness.
