The Sunday events of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi
aradhana were held in a grand and spiritual manner at
Sarvamangala Sri Rajarajeshwari Ashram.
The two-day celebration, conducted on April 25 & 26, 2026,
concluded successfully with large participation from devotees.
On Sunday, the programme featured the sacred chanting of ‘Sri
Ramana Sannidhi Murai’, a devotional work consisting of more
than 1,800 songs praising Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi. This
text, composed by his disciple Muruganar, is considered similar
in style to classical Tamil spiritual works like Thiruvasagam.
People gathered in large numbers and took part in the prayers
with deep devotion. The ashram premises were filled with a
peaceful and divine atmosphere as the chanting continued.
Many devotees offered their prayers seeking the blessings of
Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi.
