The residents of Lakshmi Nagar 8th Street have requested the
authorities to fix a new street nameboard at the earliest, as the
old one was removed several months ago and has not been
replaced.
According to the residents, the missing nameboard has been
causing great difficulty for visitors, delivery personnel,
emergency services and people from other areas in locating the
street. They said more than six months have passed, but no
action has been taken to restore the board.
A resident of 8th Street, Lakshmi Nagar, said without the
nameboard, identifying the street has become very difficult for
everyone. The residents have appealed to the officials to
immediately attend to the issue and instal a new name board
for the convenience of the public.
