Offering essential service during summer

As part of its 444th week of continuous community service,
Madipakkam Social Service (MSS) Trust carried out tree-
pruning and watering activities Saturday, May 30, 2026.
The team pruned trees along the stretch from Kamakshi
Hospital to Zone Hotel. They also watered around 800 trees
planted along 200 Feet Radial Road, from Kauvery Hospital to
Zone Hotel, helping to maintain the greenery during the
summer season.
The MSS team expressed its gratitude to Mr. Ganesh, who
sponsored tea and snacks for all the volunteers. The
sponsorship was made to celebrate his daughter’s outstanding
achievement of scoring 492 marks out of 500 in her class 10
board examinations and securing the 3rd rank in the school.
The MSS team congratulated the student on her excellent
performance and appreciated Mr. Ganesh for supporting the
volunteers during the service activity.
