Residents of Nanganallur can now benefit from specialised
healthcare services for women and children with the opening of
a new branch of Shree Family Health Care Clinic.
The clinic, already well-known in Velachery TNHB Colony for its
dedicated and compassionate medical care, has now expanded
its services to Nanganallur.
The new centre aims to provide quality healthcare with expert
consultation in obstetrics & gynaecology and paediatrics.
Dr. Padmashri Parimalam, a consultant obstetrician and
gynaecologist with over 10 years of experience, will offer
treatment here.
She is known for her caring approach and expertise in handling
high-risk pregnancies, fertility treatments, gynaecological
disorders, and laparoscopic surgeries. She completed her
training at AIIMS, New Delhi.
Also serving at the clinic is Dr. Vaijayanthi Govindarajan, a
paediatrician with more than a decade of experience in child
healthcare. She is well-known for her friendly and attentive care
towards children and adolescents. She studied at Chengalpattu
Medical College and Madurai Medical College and has worked
in several leading hospitals in Chennai.
The clinic was inaugurated Thursday, May 28, 2026, by senior
obstetrician & gynaecologist, Dr. Balakumari, and senior
paediatrician, Dr. Senthil Kumar, in the presence of doctors,
well-wishers and members of the local community.
With a strong focus on compassionate treatment, ethical
medical practices and personalised care, Shree Family Health
Care Clinic hopes to become a trusted healthcare centre for
families in and around Nanganallur.
The opening of the new clinic is another positive step towards
providing accessible and specialised healthcare for women and
