Sri Vittal Bhajan Mandali Trust, Adambakkam, is organising Sri
Seetha Kalyana Mahotsavam along with Vasantha Kelikkai and
Pavalimpu Utsavam on Saturday, June 20, and Sunday, June
21, 2026.
The 2-day spiritual event will be held at Sri Sankara Kendra
(Sankara Madam), Valluvar Street, Nilamangai Nagar,
Adambakkam, Chennai – 600088.
The celebrations will begin with Ganapathi homam, followed by
Guru Keerthanai and Geetha Govindam, devotional
programmes, poojas, Divyanamam and dolotsavam.
On June 21, the programmes will start with unchavrithi in the
morning. The main event, Sri Seetha Kalyana Utsavam, will be
conducted from 9 am to 12.30 pm. Devotees can witness the
divine wedding ceremony of Lord Sri Rama and Goddess
Seetha.
In the evening, sampradaya bhajan, Vasantha Kelikkai,
Pavalimpu and Anjaneya utsavam will be held.
The event will be led by Mysore Sri Anantha Bhagavathar and
his troupe. The organisers invite devotees and the public to
participate in large numbers and receive the blessings of Lord
Sri Rama and Sri Seetha Devi.
