To help people cope with the scorching summer heat, a free
buttermilk distribution service was organised on 4th Main Road,
Nanganallur, near Ardhanareeswarar temple and
Panachiyamman temple.
Many members of the public, commuters, street vendors and
sanitation workers working in the area benefited from the
initiative. Urbaser Sumeet staff engaged in cleaning activities
along the road also stopped by to refresh themselves with the
cool drink.
The distribution was well-received by passers-by, especially
during the hot afternoon hours. Residents appreciated the
effort, which provided much-needed relief from the rising
temperatures.
Such community service activities play a valuable role in
supporting people who spend long hours outdoors and help
promote a spirit of care and goodwill among the public.
Members of the TVK party enthusiastically distributed the buttermilk to passerby and the vendors.
