Children treated at free paediatric camp

The free paediatric camp at Shree Family Health Care Clinic in
Nanganallur on July 12, 2026, received excellent response
from local residents, with 25+ children benefiting from the
medical camp.
Senior paediatrician, Dr. Vaijayanthi Govindarajan, provided
detailed health consultations for children up to 14 years of age.
Parents appreciated her patient approach, clear explanations,
and practical advice on child health and development.
The camp also focused on developmental concerns, with two
children attending for autism counselling, where parents
received specialised guidance on early intervention and further
management. In addition, two children with acute illnesses
were examined and treated during the camp.
Organisers said the camp made a meaningful impact in the
community, as several parents have already returned to the
clinic for follow-up consultations to ensure continued care for
their children.
