Madipakkam Sri Sathya Sai Seva Samithi has announced the
commencement of a new batch of Sri Rudram weekend
classes for devotees who wish to learn and recite Sri Rudram in
the traditional and correct manner.
The classes will guide participants in learning Sri Rudram –
Namakkam, Chamakkam, and other important slokas with
proper pronunciation and chanting.
Special emphasis will be given to akshara suddhi (correct
pronunciation), swara suddhi (proper intonation), regular
practice and revision. Participants will also be provided with
study handbooks and voice recordings to support their learning.
The inaugural class will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026,
at 8 am, and will last for 45 minutes. Thereafter, regular classes
will be conducted every Sunday at 7 am.
The classes will be held at Sri Sathya Sai Seva Samithi, 6th
Street, Karthikeyapuram, Madipakkam.
