Rotary Club of Nanganallur conducted a speaker meeting in a
grand and meaningful manner at their Rotary Office,
Independence Day Park, Nanganallur.
The special guest for the meeting was Mr. V. Raja Seenivasan,
major gifts adviser – basic education & literacy and past district
governor of RI District 3233.
He delivered an inspiring and informative speech, which
motivated all the members towards greater service and
commitment to society.
During the meeting, the club also carried out important service
activities. As part of a livelihood support project, two sewing
machines, each worth around Rs. 10,000, were donated to Ms.
Mythili and Ms. Saritha. This initiative aims to support them in
starting or improving their self-employment and to strengthen
their financial stability.
In addition, an annadhanam project was also organised, where
food was distributed to around 200 cleanliness and sanitation
workers. This thoughtful gesture was appreciated by all and
showed the club’s commitment towards community welfare.
The event saw active participation from club members, making
it a successful and impactful program. The Rotary Club of
Nanganallur continues its dedicated service to society through
meaningful initiatives.
