Nithya V. Raman has been warmly congratulated and extended
advance wishes by members of the Traffic and Transportation
Forum (TTF) as she is currently serving as a city council
member in Los Angeles, USA, and is contesting in the
upcoming 2026 mayoral election.
Sharing his message, Mr. V. Rama Rao said, “Congrats to Ms.
Nithya V. Raman who in 2013 worked along with me in the
Traffic and Transportation Forum, Nanganallur.” He recalled
her early association with TTF initiatives in Nanganallur and
appreciated her commitment to civic causes.
Ms. Nithya Raman has been associated with Transparent
Chennai, where she contributed to several community-based
urban planning efforts. These initiatives focused on improving
pedestrian infrastructure, traffic management, and overall street
safety in residential areas.
