A special nama sankeerthanam programme by Brahma Shri
Kalaimamani Dr. Udaiyalur K. Kalyanaraman Bhagavathar and
troupe will be held Tuesday, August 18, 2026, from 6.30 pm
onwards at Sri Mahaperiyava Sharanalayam, Kannan Nagar
5th Street, Nanganallur.
Dr. Kalyanaraman is a well-known exponent of the Pracheena
Sampradaya Bhajana tradition. Coming from a family with a
strong background in music and bhajans, he has dedicated his
life to spreading nama sankeerthanam and the glory of the
Divine Name.
His performances combine sangeethams Sankeerthanam and
Sanskrit, and he has taken the traditional bhajana sampradaya
to audiences in India and abroad.
The programme will give devotees an opportunity to experience
the divine atmosphere of sampradaya nama sankeerthanam at
the sacred Sri Mahaperiyava Sharanalayam.
All devotees are welcome to attend the programme and take
part in the spiritual evening.
