Residents of Nanganallur have another opportunity to learn
Yoga under the guidance of Sannyasi Krishnayogam, founder
of Satyananda Yoga Centre. The next batch of the four-week
free Yoga classes begin August 28, 2026.
The classes will be conducted at Shri Sudarshan Terrace Hall,
B-2, Lakshmi Nagar Main Road, Nanganallur, from 5.30 am to
7 am, Monday to Saturday.
Both men and women can participate.
The classes follow the Bihar School of Yoga tradition and are
aimed at improving physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Participants will learn asanas, pranayama, concentration,
meditation, mantra, healthy food habits and traditional
cleansing practices.
The classes are conducted in a peaceful spiritual atmosphere
and are completely free of cost. Those who have learnt Yoga
earlier but discontinued their practice can also join the new
batch and continue their practice.
