The president and members of the Inner Wheel Club of
Nanganallur visited Premavasam, a home for mentally and
physically-challenged children.
Club president Mrs. Sujatha, secretary, Mrs. Kanchana, and past president, Mrs.
Jayalakshmi Shankar, spent time with the children and understood
their needs.
Based on the requirements of the home, the club contributed
provisions worth Rs. 15,000 and a cheque for Rs. 13,000
towards the children’s needs. The club has been supporting
Premavasam every year through such contributions.
The members were deeply moved after seeing the condition of
the children. They returned home with heavy hearts, but felt
that their contribution will bring some comfort and support to the
children.
The programme reflected the club’s continued commitment to
supporting needy children and making a meaningful difference
in their lives.
